Destiny
Treatment Coordinator and Lead Assistant
“I am here to help patients and their families understand their treatment, and enjoy forming lasting relationships with them based on trust.”
Destiny began her career as an orthodontic assistant in 2020, gaining an extensive amount of experience and knowledge about orthodontic treatment. As the Treatment Coordinator, she uses this knowledge to help guide new patients alongside Dr. Oliver toward their journey to an amazing new smile.
Destiny and Dr. Oliver have a blended family with six children. Her hobbies include traveling, spending time at the ballpark, water activities, and watching football with her family. As a family, they are passionate about church and the office and do everything to enjoy life fully.

Orthodontic Assistant

Outside of the office, I’m a proud dog mom to one spoiled pup! Whether I’m at the office helping create beautiful smiles, serving at church, or spending time with my pup, I’m happiest when I’m loving on people, serving others, and making someone’s day a little brighter."
Heather
Scheduling Coordinator
“I cherish seeing our patients and their families every month for years and getting to build my own relationships with them.”
Heather has worked in both the dental and orthodontic fields, having begun her career when she was 16 years old. When she got into orthodontics, she never looked back! In addition to being one of the people who schedules your appointments, she also handles our email and text communications.
Heather is the proud mom of two kids, Kaiden and Kambree, who are the center of her world. After work, she enjoys going home to her dog, Snow, and during the summer you can find her family at the creek, relaxing, grilling, and fishing.
Laci
Orthodontic Assistant
“I love working with such a diverse group of patients, seeing the progress they make, and being a part of that journey.”
Laci graduated from dental assisting school in 2023 and joined Oliver Orthodontics shortly thereafter. She sets up the clinic area for each appointment, provides adjustments to braces, and even makes our patients’ retainers to keep their smiles looking great.
Laci and her fiancé, Desten, have three dogs named Remi, Sophie, and Mali. In addition to her passion for dentistry, Laci has been a dancer for 13 years.
Susan
Financial and Insurance Coordinator
“I enjoy meeting and helping our patients and their families during orthodontic treatment. When we figure out financials in a way that works with a family’s budget, I’m thrilled!”
Susan joined Oliver Orthodontics in 2009. She handles everything related to patient financials, from contracts and payment plans, to insurance verification and submission.
Susan and her husband, Stephen, have three children, Adaleigh, Tracy, and Gabe, and one grandson, Hudson. The family loves time together. Susan also enjoys decorating, shopping, relaxing at the beach, and watching Alabama college football.
Alicia
Orthodontic assistant
"Ever since I was really young I have always had a passion for dentistry and helping others. I love being able to make a difference in someone’s day, whether it’s helping them feel more comfortable, confident, or cared for. Giving back and making a positive impact on others is something that means a lot to me.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my boyfriend, going out on the boat, being outdoors, and making memories with the people I love. I’m someone who values family, meaningful relationships, and enjoying the little things in life."
