For Providers

Referring a patient to Oliver Orthodontics — what to expect and how to connect

A Referral Partner You Can Trust

We work with pediatric dentists, general dentists, ENTs, sleep physicians, oral surgeons, and pediatricians across Northeast Ohio. Our goal is simple: deliver excellent care to your patients and communicate clearly with you throughout the process.

We treat orthodontics as part of a broader picture of health — not just cosmetics. Our airway-aware approach makes us a natural fit for complex referrals involving breathing, sleep, and jaw development.

Why Providers Refer to Us

Board-Certified Specialist

Dr. Brian Oliver is a board-certified orthodontist with advanced fellowship training. Your patients receive specialist-level care, not general practice orthodontics.

Airway-Aware Treatment Philosophy

We evaluate every patient with airway, breathing, and jaw development in mind — not just tooth alignment. Especially relevant for pediatric and ENT referrals.

Collaborative by Default

We believe in open communication with referring providers. We send progress notes, share imaging when requested, and coordinate on complex cases without being asked.

Prompt Appointments for Your Patients

Referred patients receive priority scheduling. We aim to see urgent referrals within a few days and routine referrals within two weeks of contact.

We Return Patients to You

We do not perform general dentistry. At the completion of treatment, your patient returns to your care — no competition, no scope creep, no exceptions.

A Practice Families Trust

Our patients consistently report feeling heard, informed, and well cared-for. A referral to Oliver reflects well on your practice.
