Quick Reminders

The things that make the biggest difference in keeping treatment on schedule

  • Wear your elastics 24/7 — removing them for even a few hours daily slows treatment significantly.
  • Call us before your next appointment if something breaks — we may be able to repair it sooner and keep your timeline on track.
  • See your general dentist every 6 months throughout treatment — we do not replace your regular cleanings.
  • Always bring your retainer to appointments, even if you think it fits fine.
  • If you are a invisalign patient, wear your trays 20–22 hours per day. Less than that and treatment stalls.
